NEW DELHI: After wowing audiences as well as critics, the Kriti Sanon Rankummar Rao starrer ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ has elicited effusive praise from superstar Amitabh Bachchan who described it as a ‘delightful film and such competent and excellent performances’.
”Saw ‘Bareilly ki Barfi’ last night .. a delightful film and such competent and excellent performances .. !!,” Mr Bachchan said in a tweet. Kriti Sanon is ecstatic over receiving effusive praise from the Big B.
”I’m so so elated that you liked the film Sir!,” Kriti said in response to the praise from the superstar. Directed by Ashwani Iyer Tewari, ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ is a romcom set in the backdrop of the small town of Bareilly.
The film, which released on August 18, has received laudatory reviews from critics and has elicited praise for prformances by its main cast. (AGENCIES)
