KATRA, Aug 30: As a result of collaboration, HDFC Bank today provided steel barricades to General Railway Police (GRP) Katra.
HDFC Bank has provided these barricades to GRP Katra for the purpose of providing foolproof security to the people and pilgrims, who visit Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra for paying obeisance at the holy cave shrine.
On the occasion of formally handing over the steel barricades, officers of HDFC Bank and other Police officers were present. SSP Railways Katra, Ranjit Singh Sambyal lauded the role of Sachin Mahajan, Vice President HDFC Bank, who took the initiative in providing these barricades to GRP Katra.
He hoped that in future also HDFC Bank shall provide cooperation and assistance which shall go a long way for providing security to the general public.
