KISHTWAR, 30: Two shops were gutted in fire at Jawalapur, Bounjwah, here.
As per police sources, fire broke out at Jawalapur Bounjwah, in which two shops owned by Liyaqat Ali, son of Abdul Rehman of Jawalapur reduced to ashes.
The shops were acquired on rent by Amjed, son of Ghulam Hussain of Jawalapur for hardware business.
Police alongwith the locals of the area brought the fire under control and stopped it from spreading to other adjacent shops and houses.
Concerned police have taken cognizance in this regard.
