JAMMU, Sept 1: A noted artist from Jammu, Kamlesh K Gandhi is being felicitated at 5th Asiad Literature Festival being held at Chandigarh on September 17, 2017.
The fest will have the most attractive part- a solo art exhibition “Namami Gange”, with the support of the National Project of India and the PMO. The organizers have invited Gandhi to display his creative works on this topic in the solo show. The committee has decided to honour Gandhi, eminent artist of the State by this prestigious Literary Excellence Award (Art category) during the festival.
