REASI, Sept 4: A young housewife attempted suicide by consuming some poisonous substance under mysterious circumstances at the house of her in-laws at village Sirla in Reasi district, here today.
The victim, identified as Nima (32), wife of Tootu, was rushed to District Hospital Reasi where she was referred to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of her serious condition.
Cause behind the provocation could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection at Police Station Reasi.
