JAMMU, Sept 6: Bus stand police arrested two absconders, who were evading their arrest since long.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Bus Stand police station conducted raid and nabbed two absconders, who were at large since 2013.
The arrested persons have been identified as Ghar Singh, son of Karan Singh of Mishriwala and Goutam Gupta, son of Garib Dass of Janipur.
They were wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 35/15 under Section 341, 322 and 147 RPC with police station Bus Stand. Non bailable warrant was also issued against them by Passenger Court.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Bus Stand Inspector Ravi Kant made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO City Varun Jandial and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
