KATRA, Sept 7: Katra Police today arrested a drug peddler and seized 60 gms of charas from his possession.
A Police team of P/S Katra, headed by ASI Puran Chand, laid a naka at Counter No.2 in Katra and apprehended the accused. During his frisking, the police team succeeded in recovery of 60 gms of charas.
Police arrested the accused, identified as Daleep Kumar of Dhirthi, tehsil Katra and seized the recovered charas.
In this connection, a case FIR No. 161/2017 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at P/S Katra.
