SRINAGAR, Sept 9: Soura police arrested a self styled tantrik and rescued a kidnapped minor girl.
As per police sources, family members lodged a complaint with police station Soura stating that their minor daughter has been kidnapped by a self styled tantrik namely Manzoor Ahmed Bhat, son of late Noor Mohammad, a resident of Shahama Nagbal ganderbal.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 68/17 under Section 363 RPC was registered at Soura police station and hunt was launched to rescue the kidnapped minor girl and arrest the accused.
On specific information, a team from police station Soura conducted raid and rescued the kidnapped girl and arrested the accused.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
