MENDHAR, Sept 16: Member Legislative Assembly, Mendhar, Javed A Rana today reiterated his vision of making Mendhar, a model assembly segment and said that National Conference will protect special status of Jammu and Kashmir State.
He was addressing a party workers convention in Gursai belt of Mendhar in which a number of party workers participated.
While addressing the convention, MLA Javed A Rana said that he is working since becoming MLA to make Mendhar a model constituency in the whole State. He further added that he is time and again reiterating this vision to make people aware and to seek their cooperation in this goal. “I am trying level best to solve all issues of population which especially include related to crisis of basic amenities Rana said.
Besides, the lawmaker said that Gursai area of Mendhar remained ignored in past but issues of local population are getting solved now. “Cluster Model village and a number of other such projects, either sanctioned or in pipeline, will turn the tables of development for the area ,” he added.
He also termed Power, PHE, Road Network, Education and Skill Development as his basic priorities.
The MLA also said that National Conference will protect special status of the State.
“Some political parties are changing colours on this sensitive issue and are giving separate statements in Kashmir and in Jammu but our (NCs) stand is clear that we will protect special status ” he added.
