Agricultural technocrats meet Azad

JAMMU, Nov 7:  A deputation of  J&K Agricultural Technocrats Association met the visiting Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare Ghulam Nabi Azad at Dayala Chak on Tuesday and apprised him of the problems being faced by the technocrats.
Led by Association president, Dr Surinder Radotra, the members submitted a memorandum to the Union Minister  and pointed out that  State Government was playing with the career of the Agriculture technocrats as it has formulated 9 years regularization of ReZs engaged.  Mr Azad was shocked to know about the policy framed and said that it was great  injustice with them.  He said  when he was State Chief Minister, he had committed for their regularization on the pattern of ReT teachers.
Minister of State for Cooperatives, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma advocated the matter and appeal to  Mr Azad to come to the rescue of the Agricultural Technocrates. He stressed for batch-wise absorption/ regularization policy of the technocrats.
