Sir,
Refer to the article “Peeping into the Muslim minds” DE Oct 2017, written by Mr Amit Kushari.
The author has made his observations with reference to the Muslims of this country especially of north India in the light of Kashmir unrest. Mr Kushari and other likeminded authors by expressing their minds, to my view, add fuel to the ongoing unrest. The demand for automony the constitutional concessions, protections, enactments like Article 370 and 35-A have not been incorporated in the constitution by any individual Muslim/s but by the Constitutional experts and the government of the day of the largest democracy of the world. To see political demands of a region or group through the prism of religion may cause an irreparable loss to the secular fabric of the country.
To conclude it shall suffice to say that let all of us work together shoulder to shoulder for peace, unity, integrity and prosperity of all the three regions of the state. We have to work for integration rather than the disintegration. It shall definitely benefit our country and the nefarious designs of those who are bent on sowing seeds of discord among people shall be defeated.
