RAMBAN, Nov 8: Police today arrested a thief and recovered 11 mobile phone and accessories worth Rs 65,850, from his possession.
Police spokesman said that, Dilawar Beg, son of Mohd Yaqoob Beg of Salbala, Gool, filed a complaint with Gool Police Station that on September 12, some thieves barged into his shop and decamped with 11 mobile phone and accessories worth Rs 65,850.
After registering FIR number 59/12, police stared investigation and apprehended the thief namely Romesh Kumar, son of Behari Lal of Jath Gali, district Ramban, spokesman said, adding, that the stolen items were also recovered from his possession.
