Closing ceremony of CRPF battalions training organised

JAMMU, Oct 20:  The closing ceremony of 7th batch pre-induction training of Jammu based battalions of CRPF was held today in a colourful manner at Nagrota centre.
The closing ceremony was presided over by  DK Jha Commandant 21/C, CRPF in  presence of  senior officials  Ratan Lal  (Dy Comdt),  Vivek Sarshwat (Asstt  Comdt),   A. Visapunii A/C (ZQAT) and other station officers.
As per direction of SDG, J&K Zone, CRPF and IGP, CRPF, Jammu sector, four weeks pre-induction training was conducted at Zonal Training Centre, CRPF Nagrota for newly inducted personnel of the Jammu based battalions from Sept  20, 2017 to October 20, 2017. Total 370 CRPF personnel participated in said training course.
DK Jha addressed the trainees and also sought  their suggestions for further improvement in the training, recognizing their dedication and high level of inquisitiveness regarding changing security scenario of J&K in general and Jammu in particular.
Constable, GD Ravi Shankar Bhushan of 137 Bn, CRPF was awarded trophy for all round best trainee, Constable GD Ajay Pardhi of 160 Bn, CRPF was given trophy for best outdoor trainee, Constable GD, Parane Hanumant of 33 Bn CRPF got trophy for best in firing and Constable GD, Bhawani Singh of 121  Bn CRPF received trophy for best in  indoor.
After the closing ceremony, chief guest and trainees participated in high tea. The programme was conducted by Inspector GD Pawan Kumar, CRPF, Nagrota. Jammu.
