Workshop for awareness on MooCs held

JAMMU, Oct 23: National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) Cell of IIT Kanpur organized one day workshop on awareness on Massive Open Online Courses (MooCs) at Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology, Supwal, District Samba.
In the workshop, more than 60 faculty members from different parts of India along with 120 students of Bhargava College participated and enrolled themselves for various MooCs.
The team will award the certificates to the students from Kanpur IIT by holding convocation in the college.
The college has also tied up with IIT Bombay under Spoken Tutorial Project launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Government of India and has also become member of National Digital Library managed by IIT Khargapur. The college has also tied up NITTTR Chandigarh.
Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology has become coordinator center of E-Yantra project of IIT Bombay under MHRD.
