SRINAGAR, Nov 14: A person died after he fell from a roof top while doing welding work on the roof of a school building at Pantha Chowk here last evening.
Police said that Muhammad Ashraf Sheikh, son of Muhammad Ismail resident of Malangpora, Awantipora welder by profession was seriously injured when he fell from roof of a school building at Pantha Chowk. He was shifted to SKIMS, Soura where he breathed his last. The body of deceased was handed over to his next of kin for last rites. Police has registered a case in this regard.
