MENDHAR, Nov 18: Mendhar Police today arrested a bootlegger and seized 77 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
The accused was apprehended during a Police naka at Dharna Chowk, under the jurisdiction of Mendhar Police Station. During checking, police recovered 77 pouches of illicit liquor from the accused, who was identified as Subash Chander, son of Om Prakash, a resident of Gohlad Mendhar
A case under FIR Number 203/17 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered against the accused.
