SRINAGAR, Nov 15: A hotel employee was found dead in his room at Pahalgam in suspicious circumstances.
Police said the body of Suresh Kumar Raina working as a waiter in Hotel Pahalgam, age 22 years, son of Ram Chand resident of Proungus, Marwah-Kishtwar was found dead in his residential room at Hotel Purnima Pahalgam. The body was handed over to his relatives for last rites. Pahalgam police has initiated inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC in this regard.
Meanwhile, 40 years old unidentified male body was found near Dastigeer Sahib Shrine on November 13. The dead body has been kept in mortuary by Police Station Khanyar.
