Jammu, Nov 15: Ravinder Kumar Sharma (MLC), General Secretary and Spokesperson of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee has disapproved the remarks of Minister for P.H.E, Irrigation & Flood Control Taj Mohi-ud-Din against the Chairman of Legislative Council and termed the same as un-parliamentary and highly indecent.
In a statement, Sharma said that Presiding Officers of the Legislative Houses are always referred to, with respect and dignity because they represent the highest constitutional institutions in Parliamentary democracy. The Congress party has always maintained highest standard in the public life and while referring to the constitutional institutions in this country.
