SRINAGAR, Nov 15: HDFC Bank commissioned two ATMs at University of Kashmir (KU) here today.
Both the ATMs—one installed near Public Relations Centre, KU, and other Naseem Bagh campus near Law Department, KU, were inaugurated by Vice Chancellor, KU, Prof Talat Ahmad during an impressive function in the presence of vice-president, HDFC, J&K, Zubair Iqbal and other senior officers of the Bank and University.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Talat, said that launch of ATMs reflects the Bank’s endeavour to provide all forms of electronic channels—ATMs, net banking and mobile banking for its customers.
Zubair Iqbal said that the Bank is determined to provide world class banking services to its customers in the State. He further said that the Bank has emerged as a major employer in the private sector in J&K and the expansion of network will further bring the convenience and comfort of modern day banking at the doorsteps of the customers.
