JAMMU, Nov 22: Sudhir Bali, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Information Department, has been nominated as Ist Appellate Authority in the Information Department.
The nomination in pursuance of Section 16(1) of the Jammu and Kashmir Right to Information Act, 2009 was accorded sanction yesterday.
