JAMMU, Nov 27: According sanction for the placement of eight Section Officers of Heads of Department Cadre as Adminis-trative Officers, the State Government today also ordered transfers and postings of 11 Administrative Officers, including the promotes.
The promoted Section Officers included Satya Devi, Vijay Kumar, Harpal Singh, Mohammad Abas Tantray, Bodh Raj, Gopal Krishan, Jai Krishan Bhat and Khurshid Ahmad Deewani.
Consequent upon these promotions, the Government has ordered transfers and postings with immediate effect.
Mohammad Munawar Khawaja, Administrative Officer, directorate of Information, J&K, has been transferred and posted Administrative Officer, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages on ex-cadre basis.
Shabir Ahmad Lala, Administrative Officer, Drug Controller, J&K, under orders of transfer as Administrative Officer, J&K Academy of Art Culture and Languages, has been transferred and posted as Administrative Officer, Directorate of Information, J&K, vice Mohammad Munawar Khawaja.
Abdul Hameed Bhat, Administrative Officer, Chief Engineer, EM&RE, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Administrative Officer, SKIMS Medical College, Soura, against an available vacancy while Satya Devi, Section Officer, on her placement as Incharge Administrative Officer, has been transferred from the office of Chief Planning Office, Udhampur, and posted as Incharge Administrative Officer, Government Medical College, Jammu, vice Kiran Raina, who shall report to GAD for further postings.
Vijay Kumar is transferred from the Directorate of Indian System of Medicines, J&K, and posted as Incharge Administrative Officer, Horticulture Planning and Marketing Department, J&K, against an available vacancy while Harpal Singh has been transferred from the Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir, and posted as Incharge Administrative Officer in the office of Drug Controller, J&K, vice Shabir Ahmad Lala.
Mohammad Abas Tantray has been transferred from the Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir and posted as Incharge Administrative Officer, Chief Engineer EM&RE, Kashmir vice Abdul Hameed Bhat while Bodh Raj has been transferred from the Directorate of Handicrafts, J&K, and posted as Incharge Administrative Officer, Development Commissioner, Power, J&K, against an available vacancy.
Gopal Krishan has been transferred from the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, J&K, and posted as Incharge Administrative Officer, Chief Engineer, EM&RE, Jammu, against and available vacancy while Jai Krishan Bhat has been transferred from the State
Mission Directorate of RUSA J&K, and posted as Incharge Administrative Officer, Government Dental College, Jammu, vice Jeet Kumar, who is retiring on superannuation on 30.11.2017. Jai Krishan Bhat shall hold the charge of the post of Administrative Officer, Government Dental College, Jammu w.e.f 01.12.2017.
Khurshid Ahmad Deewani has been transferred from the Directorate of Technical Education, J&K, and posted as Incharge Administrative Officer, Directorate’ of Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
