JAMMU, Nov 17: In order to carry out the preventive maintenance of equipments installed in the Yard and to strengthen the bay of new 50 MVA, 132/33 KV power transformer at 220/132 KV, Grid Station, Gladni, the 220/132/33 KV Grid Station, Gladni will be shut down on 18.11.2012 from 7 a.m to 11 a.m.
The Chief Engineer, System and Operation Wing, Jammu has informed that during the shutdown the power supply to the areas of Gandhi Nagar, Nanak Nagar, Trikuta Nagar, parts of Old Jammu city, Channi Himmat, Narwal and Sainik Colony will be affected.
