JAMMU, Dec 7: All India Congress Committee (AICC) Vichar Vibhag has sought judicial probe into backdoor appointments in J&K.
“It is unfortunate that despite being masters of appointments of PSC and SSRB recruiters and back door entry appointers, the ruling BJP is befooling the people in the name of discrimination while being hand in gloves and personal beneficiaries”, National Coordinator, Ashok Sharma, said today while reacting to the statement appeared in print media today.
He asked BJP to dare and explain reasons for major discrimination with Jammu and Ladakh in recruitment for gazetted and non gazetted positions while being in Government. He asked those in ruling dispensation to stop exploiting sentiments of the people by giving hollow slogans rather than taking recourse to eliminate discrimination on ground.
The AICC Coordinator sought intervention of the Prime Minister of India and J&K Chief Minister to probe into the assets of the State Ministers and legislators and those who made back door appointments, through CBI or a judicial commission headed by sitting High Court Judge or former Supreme Court judge.
