KATHUA, Nov 18: The police nabbed a drug peddler near Dussi bund at Ravi river near Kathua and recovered 1600 capsules (banned drugs) from their possession.
The police party during nakka at Bhagthali village near Dussi bund intercepted a bike being driver by one Kulvinder Singh alias Makhnoo, son of Maggar Singh of Ward No. 12 Kathua and pillion rider Bhushan Kumar, son of Hari Chand of Ward No. 8 Kathua. While Kulvinder managed to escape throwing his bag behind another one was nabbed by cops. The police recovered 1000 capsules and 15 Corex bottles from the bag of Kulvinder, 600 capsules of Parvan Spas were recovered from the possession of Bhushan. A case was registered in this connection. The police was searching for Kulvinder.
