NEW DELHI, Nov 19:
The nation today remembered former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her 95th birth anniversary.
President Pranab Mukherjee, Vice President Hamid Ansari, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Union Ministers Sushil Kumar Shinde and Kamal Nath were among those who offered floral tributes at her memorial Shakti Sthal on the banks of Yamuna.
Mr Mukherjee, Dr Ansari and Ms Gandhi released tricolour balloons on the occasion. (UNI)
