POONCH, Nov 20: A jawan of Border Security Force (BSF) died under mysterious circumstances near a forward post in Mandi area of district Poonch today.
Reports said BSF jawan Mohan Singh Negi, who was deployed in the forward area of Sabjian near LoC, suddenly fell down while on duty. He was removed to the unit hospital by the other jawans where he was declared as brought dead. The body of the jawan was dispatched to his home village Puri in Gadwal district of Uttrakhand after performing legal formalities by local police. Mandi police however, has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
