JAMMU, Dec 31: J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) today criticized Pakistan for continued ceasefire violation on Line of Control (LoC), as a soldier lost life in Pak firing in Rajouri sector.
While paying rich tributes to the martyr and sympathies to the family, JKPCC chief spokesperson, Ravinder Sharma regretted that Pakistan has beaten all past records of ceasefire violations in this year and has not learnt any lesson despite strong retaliation from our forces.
Expressing great concern over the casualties of large number of our soldiers and innocent civilians during recent periods due to the repeated unabated mischiefs and misadventures of Pakistan, Sharma said that its time that the Government of India seriously considers more effective modes and measures to check and stop Pakistan from indulging in such nefarious activities.
The JKPCC leader also paid rich tributes to four valiant CRPF Jawans who lost their life today in a terrorist attack on CRPF Camp in Pulwama district. He commended the forces for eliminating the two terrorists involved in the cowardly attack.
Sharma expressed concern over the series of attacks on the installations of Army and security forces in the recent years in which many valiantly soldiers got martyrdom.
