SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Sunday e-inaugurated various high-end patient care facilities in S K Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) in this summer capital, Srinagar.
A spokesperson of SKIMS said that Ms Mehbooba, chairperson Governing Body, SKIMS, e-inaugurated various high-end patient care facilities today at the premier hospital from S K International Conference Centre (SKICC) Srinagar.
“These patient care facilities include PET CT-Scan, Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) Lab, Outpatient Department Expansion, Emergency Expansion, Maternity Extension, State Cancer Institute (SCI), Board Room, Physical Medicine & rehabilitation Equipments and Store Block were dedicated to general public,” the spokesperson said.
Meanwhile, Additional Director SKIMS/Ex-Officio Special Secretary to Govt Dr Firdous Ahmad Giri gave a detailed presentation of the projects inaugurated and projects in pipeline.
Dr Irfan Ahmad Rubbani, Professor Radio diagnosis SKIMS, coordinated the programme from SKIMS Auditorium. SKIMS faculty members, Postgraduates, Scholars, paramedical, administrative and other supportive staff were present on the occasion. (AGENCIES)
