NEW DELHI: Maharashtra Government places in sealed cover before SC documents related to death of special CBI judge B H Loya.
“It is a matter where they (petitioners) should know everything,” says SC while hearing pleas seeking probe into Loya’s death.
Maharashtra tells SC that barring certain confidential reports placed by it, the petitioners can access other documents.
