Futility of talks

Sir,
It was really surprising to watch on TV screens the unholy and dirty collusion between the Pakistan  rangers and the terrorists in Shakargarh sector where terrorists were helping the Rangers loading their artillery guns against this side.
The whole world may isolate and condemn Pakistan  for its blood containing terror genes but that country will prefer to get finished rather than behave like a civilised nation.
It is also strange to note that both NC and the PDP –  even the Congress at the state level are parroting  on a routine basis that India should talk to Pakistan. Talk to whom and what, is not clear. The victim of aggression and hostility is required to talk to the offender, the aggressor and the terrorist.
If talking means a decisive battle to fragment that country  into  different parts , then it is a matter worth consideration but how long can we afford loss of our men and material.
What is required is to take a jaw for a tooth and a full arm for the finger at the trigger.
Yours etc…
