J N Sagar’s poems collection hits stands

JAMMU, Jan 22: Brehli -Brenz a collection of poems written by eminent poet Jagar Nath Sagar hit stands today.
The book was released at a simple but impressive function held at K L Sehagal Hall here this afternoon. The function was organized by Nagraad Adbi Sangam (NAS). A galaxy of scholars attended the function in which Vice Chancellor Central University Jammu, Ashok Aima was the chief guest while the presidium among others was shared by Prof P N Trisal, Aseer Kishtwari, author, J N Sagar, R L Talashi and president Nagraad A K Naz.
The welcome address was read by A K Naz.
Prof R L Talashi and Avtar Hugami read the papers on the book and in their critical appreciation they highly acclaimed the poet and described him an ace poet.
In his address the author also threw light on the book and the poems contained in it.
The speakers also lauded the poet and said his poems touch the heart as Sagar has very good command over language.
The proceedings were conducted by P K Raina. The other personalities in the function included P N Shad, B N Abilash, Hasrat Gada, Kalhan Koul, M L Pandita, R L Jawhar, Fozia Mugal, Kusum Dhar, M L Masroof, K K Lidoo, Santosh Nadan, M L Saraf, G L Raina, Ramesh Hangloo, P L Budgami,  Ashok Gowhar and Aryan Ramesh.
