Natrang to stage ‘Bawa Jitto’ on Nov 27, 28 at Jhiri mela

JAMMU, Nov 26: Natrang is going to stage two mega theatre shows on the supreme sacrifice of Dogra folk legend ‘Bawa Jitto’ at ‘Jhiri Mela’ on November 27 and 28 at the main stage of Jhiri.
This was informed by the Natrang Director Balwant Thakur during a press conference here today.
The event of Natrang is supported by the District Administration, he said, adding, that the show timing will be 7 pm.
Giving further details Balwant Thakur said that for Jhiri Mela Natrang re-devises the whole production, which is presented with the help of a team of fifty skilled people including the top professionals of the field of light and sound.
The lead role of Bawa Jitto will be played by Neeraj Kant whereas the role of Bua Gauri will be played by Juhi Singh-the girl who played the lead role in a Bollywood film ‘Yahaan’.
Others participants are Madan Rangeela, Anil Tickoo, Vijay Bhatt, Sanjeev Gupta, Rajani Bhatti, Dimple Sharma, Sajra Qadi, Pawan Verma, Rahul Singh, Ankush Lakhnotra, Mohd Yaseen, Girdhari Lal, Harbans Lal, Sachin Saini, Aarti Rajput, Shakshi Praksh, Uplaksh Singh, Shivam Manhas, and Baljeet Singh, he said, adding, that lights will be executed by Suraj Ganjoo.
