SAMBA, Feb 17: A mega family planning camp (laproscopic ligation for females) was organized today by Block Medical Officer, Samba, Dr Sudershan Singh Katoch at District Hospital, Samba.
The camp was conducted under the supervision of Chief Medical Officer, Samba, Dr Rajinder Sambhal. Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Dr Rakesh Mangotra also contributed in smooth conduct of the camp.
During this camp, 45 eligible ladies were registered and out of them 40 were successfully operated upon. The logistic support for the camp was provided by Dr Harbaksh Singh, Medical Superintendent, District Hospital, Samba and Lekh Raj Atri, CHO, Block Nud.
