JAMMU, Dec 2: Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) of Govt employees has declared complete strike on December 14 and 15.
Senior members of the JCC including Gafoor Dar, Kulwant Singh and Ganesh Khajuria who concluded district wise protest programme at Ramban, Kishtwar and Doda said that the campaign remained successful and JCC obtained tremendous response. They said the Government has failed to address the pending demands of the employees which include enhancement of retirement age, regularization of daily wagers, removal of pay anomalies of clerical cadre and budgetary support to PSUs.
The JCC leaders said that similar demonstrations will be held on December 4 at Reasi and outside Divisional Commissioner’s office in Jammu on December 6.
