SAMBA, Dec 6: Burglars decamped with Rs 80,000 cash and 110 grams of gold from the house of Kamal Singh son of Mubarak Singh in village Gurah Jata Mandi Ghagwal during the late last night when no body was present in the house.
Kamal Singh in his FIR registered at Police Station Ghagwal complained that RS 80, 000 in cash and 110 grams of gold which was lying at his residence was stolen by the thieves last night after breaking the main lock of the hosue.
He said when the family returned this morning they were shocked to see the doors of the house open and locks broken and goods were ransacked.
On the search they came to know that the gold and cash was missing. The police has registered the FIR and started investigations but no arrest ahs been made so for.
