JAMMU, Mar 22: For the implementation of Inter State Bus Terminal (ISBT) Project at Katra, the State Government has constituted a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), headed by Administrative Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department.
The SPV shall finalize concept, design and comprehensive plan of the project. It shall also finalize financial viability and model of funding of project, oversee bidding process for architectural design and financial proposals, take measures for mobilization of resources/funding in a regularized manner, which may also self financing model for commercial spaces.
The SPV shall decide implementation schedule with strict monitoring mechanism for timely completion of the project, enter into contract, sign MoU as may be required for implementation of the project and resolve all other inter-alia issues resolved.
Director Tourism Jammu, CEO Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board Katra, Vice-Chairman JDA, director Urban Local Bodies Jammu, DC Reasi, SE JDA, SDM Katra, CEO Katra Development Authority, Chief Architect Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Town Planner Jammu and CEO Municipal Committee Katra are Members of the SPV.
