JAMMU, Mar 31: The Mughal Road which connects Kashmir valley with the Jammu region as alternate highway between Poonch and Shopian was thrown open to one- way traffic today.

DySP Traffic Rajouri-Poonch Mohd Rafiq and SDPO Surankote Mohd Riaz formulated the traffic plan for the movement of light motor vehicles only. To ensure safety and security of the passengers, the movement of traffic has been allowed on this road from 9 am to 4 pm. No movement of vehicles will be allowed after 4 pm, an official spokesman said.
