UDHAMPUR, Mar 31: In a tragic incident, a young man drowned while fetching water from a well nears his house at village Barayalta, tehsil Majalta.
The deceased was identified as Ranjeet Singh (38), son of Tara Chand of village Barayalta. He was fetching water from the open well when he suddenly slipped into it and drowned.
Some villagers fished him out and shifted to PHC where doctors declared him as brought dead.
