GANDERBAL, Apr 11: Member Legislative Assembly Kangan, Mian Altaf Ahmed along with District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ganderbal, Dr Piyush Singla today took a comprehensive review of various developmental works executed in different sectors in the Kangan constituency of district Ganderbal.
During the meeting, works related to PHE, PDD, R&B, PMGSY and various other sectors in the constituency were reviewed threadbare. On the occasion, DDC briefed the meeting about various developmental works undertaken in the constituency.
During the meeting, MLA reviewed the role of district administration, especially PDD, R&B, PHE and urged them to do their best in providing services to the citizens. He stressed upon concerned to redouble their efforts for achieving the physical as well as financial targets and to ensure that people do not face any inconvenience.
The MLA urged for timely completion of various works and schemes especially under R&B. He urged the officers to work with renewed zeal and in unison so that set targets in the constituency are achieved on time.
Among others, ADDC Ganderbal, ACR Ganderbal, SDM Kangan, X-ens of various Engineering wings, Tehsildar Kangan and Tehsildar Gund attended the meeting.
