JAMMU, Apr 12: Prof Rakesh Sharma of Department of Electronics was unanimously elected as the new staff secretary of Govt MAM College, Jammu.
A meeting of teaching staff of Govt. MAM College Jammu was held under the convenership of senior most faculty member Prof Neelu Gupta to elect the staff secretary for the session 2018-19.
In the meeting ex- joint secretary Prof Prabhjeet Kour proposed the name of Prof Rakesh Sharma for the post of staff secretary and the same was seconded by Prof Devinder Sharma and Prof Joginder Singh. No other nominations were proposed for the said post.
The new staff secretary also announced his team, including Prof Shabila Wani and Prof Jyoti Dutt as joint secretaries, Prof Joginder Singh, Prof Devinder Kumar Sharma and Prof Mona Sethi as organizing secretaries, Prof Reena Rani, Prof Heera Saini and Prof Inderjeet Kour as treasurer, Prof Neelu Gupta, Prof Kanwaljeet Kour, Prof Subash Sharma, Prof Anil Kumar Ganjoo and Prof Prabhjeet Kour as Advisory Committee members.
