RAMBAN, Apr 20: A teenager died due to electrocution here today, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Toufeeq Ahmed Bhat (15), son of Farooq Ahmed Bhat, a resident of Top Neel district Doda. He was a madrassa student and received electric shock in Old Jamia Masjid premises late evening today.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to District Hospital Ramban for autopsy, which will be conducted tomorrow.
Ramban police has taken cognizance in this regards.
