RAJOURI, Apr 21: Budhal police today registered an FIR against four accused persons in connection with the murder of 14-year-old boy, Chander Parkash, son of Kewal Krishan of village Keri Khawas.
SSP Rajouri, Yougal Manhas said that a case FIR No. 28/ 2018 under sections 302/109 RPC has been registered against the four accused persons identified by the victim’s family. He said the police was conducting raids to arrest the accused who have gone underground. But they will be arrested soon.
It may be recalled that minor boy was killed after he was allegedly attacked by some youth of the other community at the village when they were playing cricket three days back.
He had clash with another boy Mohd Latief and some others and received serious injuries but later died due to internal injuries while being shifted to Sunderbani hospital from Khawas.
The relatives of the victim and people had also lodged protest on the road at Sunderbani on Friday disrupting movement of the vehicles. With the intervention of DC and SSP Rajouri, the action has been initiated in this connection.
