NEW DELHI: SC says its “real concern” is to see that a fair trial is conducted in the Kathua gangrape and murder case.
If we find slightest possibility of lack of fair trial, we will transfer the case out of Kathua said SC.
SC says trial should be fair for the accused as well as the victim’s family and their protection should be ensured.
SC considers the issue of alleged obstruction by lawyers, says they will be dealt with as per law if they are at fault. (agencies)
