JAMMU, Apr 27: A joint meeting of the Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) was held here, today under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita, president JTC/SKF.
The meeting discussed the problems confronted by the Kashmiri Pandit migrant community.
Addressing the participants Pandita said Kashmiri Pandit migrants in general and relief holders in particular are facing lot of difficulties due to financial constraints as they are unable to meet their domestic needs and educational expenses of their wards.
He demanded enhancement of cash relief in view of the skyrocketing of prices of essential commodities.
