JAMMU, Apr 28: A grand function was organized in Directorate of Animal Husbandry Jammu in to bid adieu to Dr Yag Datt Sharma, Director, Animal Husbandry Department Jammu, who is retiring on April 30 on attaining the age of superannuation.
Dr Sharma served in the department for 38 years in various capacities. The fare well was attended by all the officers and staff members, who wished the retiring officer a happy and post retirement life.
Staff and officers of Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu accorded warm and affectionate farewell to Chander Mohan Sharma, Deputy Director of Agriculture (Central), Jammu, Naresh Kumar Dubey, Chief Agriculture Officer, Jammu and Rampaul, Senior Mechanic, Jammu who retired today after rendering 36- 39 years of service to the Department.
Director, Agriculture Jammu, HK Razdan, speaking in the function wished the retiring officers a very healthy and prosperous post retirement life. He also wished them success and good health in the years to come in their post retirement life.
Warm wishes were also extended to other retiring officers and staff of the department namely Nand Kishore Sharma, Regional SMS, Jammu, Kuldeep Peshin, Area Development Officer Jammu, Rattan Lal Bangotra, SMS District Level, Jammu, Bishan Dass Gupta, JAEO Udhampur, Bhushan Kumar, JAEO, Doda, Mohinder Kaur, JAEO Marh, Bhupinder Kaul, JAEO Rajouri, Atta Mohd, Field Assistant Rajouri, Gian Parkesh, Field Assistant, Kishtwar, Mohd Farooq, PP Operator, Poonch, Swarn Singh, Helper, Chinore Jammu and Babu Ram, Mali, SM Farm Chakohi.
A function was organised in the Directorate of School Education to accord warm send off to Ajit Kumar Sharma, Joint Director, Dhananter Singh, Chief Education Officer and Krishan Lal, Section Officer, who attained superannuation after rendering meritorious services in the School Education Department.
Rakesh Kumar Srangal, Director School Education Jammu, Charandeep Singh, Joint Director (Adm), Dheeraj Jandial, CAO, Dr Sushma Rani and other staff members wished the retiring officers a healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
Pawan Kumar Sharma, Zonal Physical Education Officer, Mahanpur, district Kathua, was accorded a warm send off as he retired today after attaining the age of superannuation. A grand farewell party was organized for the officer, who served the department of Youth Services and Sports for 34 years. District, Youth Services and Sports Officer, Subhash Chander Bhardwaj and other staff members including ZPEOs wished the retiring officer a happy post retirement life.
Directorate of Horticulture, Jammu accorded a warm and affectionate farewell to its employees namely Kuldeep Chand, Nursery Registration Inspector, Jai Singh, HTG-IV of Chief Horticulture Officer, Jammu and Ashok Kumar Saproo, HTG-IV, who was working in the office as Horticulture Information and Publicity Officer, Jammu, on their retirement.
The farewell function was organized under the chairpersonship of Director, Horticulture, Jammu, Anuradha Gupta. While speaking on the occasion, the Director honoured the retiring officials/officers with letter of appreciation in recognition of their services in the department. She along with other staff of the department wished the retiring officers/officials a healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
A warm farewell was accorded to Banarsi Lal, Assistant Livestock Officer and Sunil Kumar Dhar, Junior Assistant (Mig) who retired from Sheep Husbandry Department on attaining the age of superannuation, here today.
Director, Sheep Husbandry Department, Jammu, Dr Sanjeev Kumar, while speaking on the occasion, highlighted the qualities of the retiring officials and wished them a happy and prosperous retirement life. The retiring officials were also presented mementoes.
DPO Reasi bid affectionate adieu to Sham Lal, Sub Inspector, who is retiring on April 30 on attaining the age of superannuation. In this connection, a tea party was organized by the staff in DPO Reasi. SSP Reasi, Tahir Sajad Bhat, also handed over a cheque of Rs 60,000 as retirement gift to the retiring officer.

A function was organized in this connection wherein Chief Education Officer, Jammu and other employees of CEO office wished the retiring official a happy post retirement life.
