BBIA takes up issues of unit holders with JK Bank CEO

JAMMU, May 2: Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) today  took up the issues of industrialists with the Chairman and CEO of J&K Bank, Parvez Ahmed, during his visit to  BBIA Bhawan today.
While felicitating the Chairman,  Lalit Mahajan, president BBIA highlighted the various issues related to the industrial sector like shifting of public dealings from Ist floor to ground floor with the shifting of  Loan Section to first floor. The shortage of cash is also reported due to late arrivals from Kathua as and some times in the evening due to unforeseen requirement of the industrial units, to provide an additional ATM machine in the premises of BBIA for Association members as heavy rush is reported on the existing ATMs installed in the bank premises.  Installation of ATM machine in Birpur Indu-strial Complex is also pending with the bank.
To attract new business by the bank, the Interest rates shall be reviewed keeping in mind the prevailing rates of the other banks. Mementos were also presented to the visiting bank Chairman.
While addressing the gathering, Chairman and CEO of the bank assured to resolve the issues related to the Industrial sector and encouraged the entrepreneurs to setup the Industrial Units in the State which will provide employment to local unemployed youths of the State.
The function was also attended by members of BBIA, presidents and office bearers along with members of various Associations, officials of J&K Bank and others.
The stage was conducted by Ajay Langer, general secretary BBIA and vote of thanks was presented by Suresh Mahajan, senior vice president BBIA on behalf of the Association.
