UDHAMPUR, May 3: Thousands of people from Chenani, Sudhmahadev, Man Talai, Latti, Bup Sarar and Dudu today joined former minister and top BJP leader Ch Lal Singh to demand CBI probe into Rassana kidnapping and murder case.
Continuing his campaign in demanding CBI enquiry into Rassana kidnapping and murder case, former Forest Minister Lal Singh addressed series of public meetings at Chanani and Latti towns besides other places like Bashat, Gourikund, Sudhmahadev, Kosar Chokanala, Mantalai, Sarar, Marothi and Latti and appealed the people in general to come and jointly raise voice in support of CBI enquiry for finding the reality behind the alleged rape, murder and kidnapping of one innocent 8-year old girl of Hiranagar tehsil.
He stressed upon the people of all sections of the society to chalk out area wise strategy for early CBI enquiry. He said that it is not the cause just one victim family; it is the voice and respect of State. The real culprits are not being punished by Crime Branch. It is the time to show strength for finding reality behind the case. He said the people have no faith on Crime Branch of State Police.
Prominent people of the area also joined the large rally of Ch Lal Singh in this hilly area of district Udhampur. They chanted, ” Choudhary Sahib Aagay Badoo, Hum Aapkey Saath Hain.”
They lauded Ch Lal Singh for taking tough stand in finding reality behind the Rassana murder and kidnapping case. They said all the people of the State are with him particularly from Jammu province. They said that it is proper time for showing unity so that the reality of Rasana murder and kidnapping case of innocent village girl could come to the fore.
The former minister informed that chair and power has provided by the people to the representatives, and now it is the duty of each politician or officer to work hard for the genuine issues of the general masses. He said people provided powers with the aim to resolve their issues through areas wise representations. The people have high hopes from their leaders/ representatives.
