JK Cements employees demand salaries of 3 months

JAMMU, May 8: The Jammu and Kashmir Cements Employees Association, A R Ragoo Group has demanded immediate release of the salaries of employees pending for last three months.
The Association said that the employees are facing lot of hardships due to non release of their salaries for last three months. The Association also demanded financial support to J&K Cements which is the only cement manufacturing plant of the Government in the State.
The Association said its delegation has also called on Deputy CM, Kavinder Gupta here and put forth their demand before him. The Association in an appeal to Gupta has sought his immediate intervention in the matter so that the salaries of hapless employee s are released.
The Association delegation was led by S Surjeet Singh its vice president and other members included K K Kachroo, P L Bhat, Anil Munshi, Rakesh Raina, Inderjeet Singh, Suman Saraf, Waqar Younas, Yashpaul Choudhary, Fateh Mohammed Khan and others.
