JAMMU, May 1: Rashtriya Sanskrit Sanstan (RSS), Ranbir Campus, today released departmental magazine of the department of Education namely “Shikshaamritam”.
On the occasion, Prof Yash Pal Khajuria, Principal, was the chief guest, who released the magazine. The magazine anthologises the research papers, articles and other pieces of literary and academic writings by teachers and students of the department.
While speaking, Prof Khajuria, said that the magazine would not only become a medium of expression for the students and teachers, but also emerge as a leading academic journal for research activities.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof M Chander Sekhar, Head of the Department of Education, expressed hope that the next issue of the magazine would be carrying the ISSN number.
The editorial board of the magazine comprises of Prof M Chandra Sekhar, Dr Nagendra Jha, Dr Srigovinda Pandey, Manish Kumar Chandak, Dr Sagarika Nanda and Paramesh Kumar Sharma.
