JAMMU, May 15: Domana police arrested a man and recovered large quantity of illicit liquor pouches from his possession.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Domana Police Station laid a naka near Sangrampur and intercepted a car bearing registration number JK02BB-5971.
During checking, police team recovered 205 pouches of illicit liquor from the vehicle and arrested the driver, who has been identified as Balbir Kumar, son of Rattan Lal, a resident of Patyalechack.
A case under FIR Number 163/18 has been registered at Domana Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Domana Inspector Sumeet Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sandeep Gupta and SP Rural Shivdeep Singh Jamwal.
